  • The existing Upper Chicken Hill Parking Lot consists of gravel parking areas with paved aisles and nominal lighting. The proposed Virginia Tech Upper Chicken Hill Parking Lot Improvements project consists of the minor grading, paving, lighting, landscaping, and installation of emergency phone associated with establishing paved parking spaces on the Upper Chicken Hill Parking Lot. There may be an opportunity to use LED lights in the parking lot to improve energy efficiency.
